Anyone know of a source for new sun visors for a RHD DHC. Blue required.[?]

You won't get original old stock items but I am pretty sure that Robsport & S&S also have the remanufactured items in all colours.

Perhaps if you searched these threads you may find my article on sunvisor restoration. It may be of interest, given blue was not the more common color.

Begging your pardons i didnt realise you were after original as it only stated new , but if you after original then yes give S+S a ring they'll get you sorted!

Totaly off topic but in case your not aware and may be interested mr 'wedgie perrin' that other 70's icon is back this Friday.A re-make of The fall and rise of reggie perrin.Starring Martin clunes as Reggie.It's on BBC 1 around 9pm."I did't get where I am today by circling programmes in the Tv guide"[:D]

Len Rossiter was a great actor, but havr to say i loved him best as Rigsby, hope youre well Steph, & the 7 isnt given you too much trouble [:)]

Don't know if you're interested but I restored mine because of cost new. I cleaned them initially & the inside went "mushy" so I dried them out whilst flattened under weight til they hardened again, then used acrylic fabric paint (from Hobbycraft) in a similar colour, mixed with some artists "shimmer" (but you could paint 'em whatever shade blue. It doesn't look like paint when it's on. I just worked it into the fabric with a sponge and it sort of dyes the fabric. It's worth a try if you're on a budget.I'm really happy with mine. Deb x
