Strut R&R step by step guide?

Hi all,
One of the things I want to do is redo parts of my front suspension, starting with the struts. I've searched this website and found many good tips but not a step-by-step strut R&R guide for newbies - is there one?
Does the fact that my car has cam plates on it make a difference (the PO used to race it) on how they would be removed and installed?

Regarding the camber plates, it depends how they are installed.

For the rest al pretty straight forward, get hold of a Haynes manual or download a TR7 workshopmanual from the internet [:D]
