WOLF RACE WHEEL QUESTION AGAIN

hi all just a couple of questions is 6jx13 Wolfrace wheels the correct fitment for the TR7? only i wasnt sure of ofset etc and why was the colour red behind the rim itself? again i was just wondering as i had been at a set on ebay.

Yes they will fit the seven.I have seen both black and red painted slots.Just make sure they are the correct pcd.3.75".

recently sold a set most are Black and as paul says as long as they are 375" PCD they'll fit

[8 whole cylinders worth of punch to ram the world through the windshield and out the rear view mirror. Car & Driver]
1981 Grinnall TR7 v8
1981 Black FHC
1979 & 1980 Black Premium FHC(laid to rest) Sorry :-(

Got a reply from from the chap selling them, very helpful too i should add, he said from centre to centre is 80mm, and to honest im not sure how to do all the measurement thing.

Steve,80mm is wrong.To get pcd you have to measure diagonaly across
the wheel centre between opposing nuts(nut center to center)and this
will be 3.75" for a TR7 hub.Remember this is diagonal/opposing nuts,
not adjacent.3.75"(3,3/4")is nearer 95mm.

Hi Paul,i think i understand the measure what you said now sorry it just takes me a while for mathmatical things to sink in more, what a shame cos they looked nice too and too to far from me either but if you say 80mm is wrong then thats good enough for me not to bid
