Clutch Klunk

Hi Guys
The car is coming along just fine.
Started the car , pressed the clutch and the Klunk sound I had is still there.
I had a Klunk and a radel so I changed the bushings for white poly's on the shifter assembly.cleaned it , Cut the handle about half way and threaded the top so the original bubble would fit.
To the problem ;
The clutch works very well.
But the Clunk when pressed has me ?????????????////
