Rubber boot manifold to plenum - is this the angled part that joins the airbox to the manifold, secured by a hose clip type fastening at each end? If so 4 of part no UKC6988;
Fuel rail & pressure regulator - easier to identify in the manual Fuel rail is TKC5936, regulator is TKC5784;
Injector brackets - on the injector page there is an item described as Clamp Plate in the manual, like a box but open on one side, part no TKC5959. There is also a flat plate with two holes, looks like the injector is fastened through it, part no ULC2035.
