Best way?

Can anyone tell me the best way to remove the front wings and the front fascia panel from one of our cars so they can be re-used?

Drill out the spot welds, undo the nuts/bolts at the rear of the wings and between wings and front section.
Only tricky bit is the upper coner of the front section were it meets the front wings.

Jclay I have parted out three of these cars, although it is a real pain in the ass Beans was correct, drill out the spot welds, remove bolts etc..... the manual has all the diagrams you should need. I even went out and bought one of those spot weld remover tools. I broke it three to 4 times taking off all the panels. A local body shop guy told me I should have just used a regular drill bit [:D] I said thanks alot where the hell were you two years ago lol

Can't save them all but I am trying!!!

I have taken fenders off for future use. Just used a saws-all and cut the inner fender. I will clean up the fender if needed in the future. Just wanted to get it off before scrapping the hulk.

Yes, I'm also a bodyshop guy and have removed many a spot weld. Regular drill bit works fine if you don't need to save the underlying panel. I usually end up with a 5/16 after first drilling an 1/8 pilot. 1/4" will sometimes work if the weld is very small. I use a heavy gauge putty knife and a hammer to split the panels apart. Sometimes you miss all of the weld by a bit and the sharp putty knife will finish the job. If intending reusing the panel, as you are, the holes left are used to make the puddle welds with a mig.
Paul's method would work too. If you were planing to sell the panels, the new owner can do the cleanup.[;)]
