I have a suggestion that:
For people who do not post pictures in thier albums, it would be helpful if a link to thier empty album was not under the 'author' column. I have gone to people's album too many times only to find most are empty. Just make the link appear for people who have actually put at least one picture in thier album.
Perhaps instead of 'My Photos' showing it should read 'No Photos', which would encourage people to post some.

Paul,
Many of us would like to put photos in our albums, but because we use Macs, the file structure is not compatible with the site.
I would have to move all my photos to my wife's PC just to import them to my album.
Have fun, drive fast & safe, be kewl,

Hay Paul, I spent many hours, trying to get photos through this old
head.
Then, one day, after just a few minutes, suddenly they appeared,
right there.
I've quit with photos now, while I'm ahead. If I muck with what I've
got, I'm sure they would disappear just as quickly.
So go feast your eyes on my cars, in My photos, while you have the
chance. My son will be home far a few days, next week. His touch,
with a computer is about as good as mine, & he might try to get some
of the 8s repaint job in there. Probable result, photos go poof.

Putting photos in your album is different that putting photos in a posting.
Postings are a link from an existing photo on the web.
Album photos are downloaded directly from your computer and are stored in the site database. Macs and I believe UNIX computer put a "\" in front of the file location, who knows, it might be a "/"! WHATEVER! It is considered an illegal character by the site and will not allow you to post that photo.
Have fun, drive fast & safe, be kewl,
jclay

My point was, that regardless of problems putting pictures in an album, it still requires me to drill down two screens to find out that , for instance, jclay has no photos.
I was simply trying to avoid that, and perhaps encourage more people to put up pictures if they can.

Whenever I try to upload to my album it tells me "Invalid character or bad word in any of the text fields." It says this no matter what I put or don't put in the text field.
