UK MOT Emissions limits

Am I right in thinking these are still
max 4.5% CO for cars from 75 to 86
max 1200 ppm on HC
for the UK MOT?
1980 DHC TR7-V8 (was an 8V, then a Sprint)
Back on the road after 3 years restoring...
