Thanks Paul. Nice meeting you there. Apreaciate you posting those since I didn't get to take very many. Got this back injury that's keeping me from walking very far.[:(] Sorry didn't get to chat longer. We were headed to the stands for the Group 6 race. Got there just in time to see the two Corvettes tangle in turn 1. My girl friend had a great time all weekend & wants to go back next year. I think she's a keeper! [:D]

Great pictures.
Noticed two engine shots with Pierburg fuel injection.
Nice one.
Cheers

Interesting pics. Makes me want to go to All British field meet in Portland next Labour Day wife or no wife.

Our Club usually has a contingent going down, one following the west coast highway and one down the Hood Canal. Ah, next year.

Paul those are fantastic pics, thanks for sharing with us !!!

Those Lanochas wedges are quite something, but the "wanna-be" grassroots racer in my just loves the power blue Seven .........

You must still be vibrating from being there [:p]

(btw is that your new trailer attached to the Caravan????)

Ron.

Hi Ron

Yes that was the new trailer's maiden voyage...worked great. And yes still vibrating. The blue TR7 was pretty close to stock except for a real strong looking roll cage and some suspension upgrades. It was an SCCA car.

Chunk-
Here is the one and only Pierburg fuel injection intake manifold that has never been put on a car.

It is such a thing of beauty[8D] I have a set or original BL drawings for it too.

I did see a raw casting for one in 1998 at TRF summer party. Go video of it somewhere.

Yep that is the same intake from TRF, but little do people know they only made 10 of these things! I bought it and a ton of NOS & used TR7 factory rally parts.

Michael

The guy who owned at the time talked about it a bunch on the tape including who he bought it from, where it was completed etc. Can burn it for you if you like.

tr8-
That would be cool if you could do that. I will email you with my address or try to email it to me if it is not too big!
