New Delivery

Postby Yoke » 21 Jul 2008 22:56

So I've had these two TR's sitting in storage for the last year and a half, down in Surrey BC. I just managed to get them to Calgary in April and I am posting pictures right now. The brown one is a runner sunroof no ac. The black one is a non runner but it has the ac.

I just changed the oil in this one, put on some new carbs, threw in some new gas and she fired right up, it was very exciting to say the least. Last time it was registered was in 1992.

No paper work with the black one, I was told both cars were rust buckets, but actually both are very easily salvageable. Needing very little body work to save them. I haven't decided what to do with them yet but I'll think of something soon enough.

Can't save them all but I am trying!!!

They look fine - a few hours with a cloth and a pot of T-Cut and all will be well!

Cheers

They are both a 1976 and a 1977. Oh yea the black one was originally an Inca Yellow, just like my very first TR. I've had in the past ten years a total of 8. I've parted out three and have 5 in various stages. It takes a little bit of planning when your trying to park all these cars, lets just say it pays to have connections.

Can't save them all but I am trying!!!
