Site/database for documents on how to fix things

<font face="Tahoma"><b>I have recently installed a flashing LED in my car and was given a set of really good instructions with pictures from Steve, also of this site.
I have added a few things to it myself and I was wondering if there was anywhere on the net that we could put instructions like this, that we may have to help us all do the jobs we need to around our cars?</b></font id="Tahoma">

There used to be technical articles on the sister site, WaringstownRs.com. That site is now gone and the technical articles also.
