Hi

Has anyone had trouble taking out the seats?

Err, no. Should just have to remove the 4 floor bolts, & unbolt the seat belt end.

What problem are you having then?

I agree, generally not a problem.
You do need a 6-point size 40 drive head for the bolts-not an Allen key? Also you need to move the seat forward and back to access the 4 bolts.-(unless sombody has fitted different bolts?)

had a problem with mine, rust, seats would not move to expose the bolts, wd 40 sprayed in runners, bit of timber cut to size to lift adjustment bar jammed between floor and bar, then blunt chisel to runner and hammer, then bigger hammer till it moved, then tried to undo bolts, stiff with rust or what, bought an impact wrench which undone front two bolts, the two rear i had to drill out. this was over a period of five days let it soak in release fluids hammer lumps out knuckles and odd swear word, have fun.

I wish they would have made the strut towers ( sills) out of the same metal those 4 bolts are made of. The hardest bolts I ever had to work with. Had one bolt on each seat that was stuck. Murphy's law, both bolts happened to be the one bolt where you can't access the bolt that holds the seat to the rail. I would like to talk to the genius that designed that. It took me 2 days of pounding, hacksaw, chisel, ratchet, etc. I am too scared to try the car I want to put them in.

Many, many, swear words as well.
