As a TR7 can be driven up to speeds of 150km/h quite comfortably with the hood down I don't see the problem. And if the temperature drops below 0°C put on the Biggles jacket and switch the heater on [:p]
I'll keep it to myself how some of my friends call these screens [:I]
On the other hand experimenting with the position of the side windows when it get’s uncomfortable usually will be more than enough to remain comfortable.
