ethanol and carburetors

I know that ethanol in fuel will damage the seals on SU carbs, but
can it also do damage to Webers. Untainted fuel is getting harder
to find, and may be completely gone in the next few years. Are new
alcohol proof seals and washers available if a rebuild is necessary?
