I do like rallying, but I'm going to stick to going in a straight line having seen that Ian Wilson crash on the Adelade Classic rally.
Anyway, check out the clouds guys.[8D]
Not a bad photo for a TR7 Christmas card, or calendar I reckon.[:)]

In my opinion, more fun can be had in hanging the tail out in a wedge than hammering the tail of the hottest wench

but perhaps i am showing my age

Phil, your wedge looks like porn

Owen
ps, don't forget to try putting that wedge through the esses occasionally

Each to his own but if I wanted to do that I'd do the Pony/Muscle car thing. I prefer the taking the high speed corner corner myself. That's what these cars were made for. That's why Porsche, Lotus, Jaguar, Corvette couldn't touch them in the 1980 Trans Am series, because they couldn't turn like the TR7(V8).

Hi,
I think all forms of motor sport are great. The advantage of a car like ours is you have options! Be it twisty stuff or straight line (drag racing can be anything but straight at times [:D] i can tell you ) On the subject of Yankee muscle, its hard to beat the feeling when you beat one at a RWYB (Run Whay You Brung) [:)]
Good picture by the way Phil (taken at Shakey?)about to blow the doors of a M3?
Cheers John.

Picture from Shakespeare County Raceway, October 2005, Jap Racer Day.
Not sure what car is in the other lane, but I did beat him, my 13.66 verses his 13.77 ET. They tend to go sideways on the launch these cars, especially on a cold track.
If you have a road legal car you can drive it to the track down twisty country roads and that's half the fun of the day out.
Car Porn!!!! Whatever next.
Glad you liked the picture.
Cheers
