KBA shall get back on the road!

Postby srrutter » 09 Nov 2007 16:07

Hi all,

It doesn't seem that it's nearly two months since Ally died, but things are slowly getting easier to cope with day to day.

I can report a degree of progress with KBA now, hence my returning to the forums [:)] Ownership has now officially transferred across to me now and she is booked into Willow Triumph near Darlington next week to get the fuel tank sorted amongst other things. Once she gets back on the road I'll be keeping everything crossed and hoping that she'll at least give me some time on the road before deciding to throw her next tantrum! [:p]

I've decided to set up a blog to follow my ups and downs with KBA, I'm not using the TriumphTR7 blogs as having my own webspace I thought I might as well use it [;)] so the link to it is in my forum signature.

Finally if anyone is interested, the last I heard over £1300 had been raised in Ally's memory for Greyhounds Galore which is a fantastic amount and a wonderful tribute to her, so a huge thank you to anyone on here who sent in a donation!

Simon

Thanks for the update Simon, & a wonderful sum raised for GG in Ally's memory. I have just been reading Greyhounds Galore's newsletter with a lovely tribute to Ally on the first page. I know that the donations will be a great help to them in the work they do up there.

Look forward to more news of KBA as matters progress.
