receiver drier bottle for TR7

Postby Roger27TBB » 04 Jun 2022 19:30

Hello all together, i hope you are all fine.
I was going to reassemble the A/C hose to the receiver drier bottle
when i realized that i had mounted the wrong never used receiver
drier bottle. It is a universal one. The issue is the shape of the 5/8"
tubes. The original one has cones outside. Most available ones has
the cones inside. Does anyone know a supplier for a new one or
is it possible to fit a doublesided adapter cone tube between the hose
and the connection of the drier bottle ?
Any solutions or experiences are welcome.

Greetings

Hi Roger, I don’t have any experience with air con on a TR7 but apparently the Four Seasons 33258 filter dryer is a direct fit and is available on Amazon in the UK for £24.77. Not sure if this part is available on Amazon Germany but worth a look.
Cheers,
Rich.
