Would anyone have a spare plastic 'grommet for the top of the gearstick gaiter that they would be happy to sell me? mines just disintegrated :(
Thanks

It was a while back but somebody (one of the suppliers) was selling neoprene (or similar) longer lasting ones. Can't remember which now.

I got one turned from Delrin (a black engineering plastic) from one of the American suppliers some years ago. I remember someone here supplying something similar or in aluminium (might rattle against the stick but nice and silver) but cannot remember who it was. Suggest you try a query on the FB Triumph TR7 Owners Page as it tends to get more coverage these days.

Hi Richard, I am not sure if these are still available but if you go on the TRDriversclub website
the ferrules are still listed for sale at £15.00 plus £2.50 p+p in ali or plastic same price for either.
You could try on the contact here :-info@trdrivers.com
Cheers

You could try Spitfire part #ZKC301, but not sure on the quality of this ...
Currently working on this part for my '76 car, first (3D) test print ready
