No idea. The wipers look like a LHD car and the front plate looks like it might be orange. Dutch registration perhaps?

No we have different colour (yellow) licence plates

It looks like a New York license plate. Given the GMC vans in the background, and what looks like "Bronx" on one of them, I suspect it is New York.
