My daughters wedding Saturday

So, I spent a considerable amount of time and money prepping my car for my daughters wedding - the best man was driving the groom to the church in it. New hood, bodywork done (that was the money bit, I let someone else do it, I`m rubbish at that) and a new look to the wheels with black centres.

And this was it Sunday afternoon when somebody pulled out on me on a roundabout!

I have spent ages getting to this stage, if anything could go wrong over the last few years with the car, it has. Seeing it on Saturday polished up and ready made me feel chuffed, to have that happen Sunday took the gloss off of what was one of the proudest days of my life (because of my giving away my daughter, rather than the shiny car I should add).
Damage is not as bad as I feared though as it was a heck of a bang. If anyone is considering getting rid of the heavy steel "lintel" in the front bumper, might be worth reconsidering, it does have its uses.
