Amongst the TR7's there saw this DHC fitted with a interesting wind break for those that still have hair ! Fits over the top roll over bar -

Didn't get chance to ask owner how effective it worked but looked neat enough.

Doesn't look neat to me. Looks like some one wearing panty hose three sizes too big.

Well I suppose it makes the roll bar look a little neater but definately "home made".

When I had my DHC I fitted a wind blocker from a BMW Z3. Had to cut the mounting bracket & reweld at a slightly different angle so the blocker was vertical when in use, but it looked fine & had the advantage of folding down onto the rear deck when you wanted the hood up, so no need to remove from the car.

As did I. I made my own brackets plus used the BMW brackets upside down. Could have used another 1 to 1 1/2 inches in height but ran out of stainless steel so the revised brackets sat on back burner. It is on the narrow side, makes you realize how wide the cockpit is (wider than a Corvette of the day). Other than that it looks like it was made for the car. If I had a roll bar I would devise something similar to sit inside and be clamped/screwed to it with professional looking clamps. The aero bars would be more challenging.
