Lincolnshire roads

Postby claypole1360 » 26 May 2013 13:36

Contrary to popular belief, Lincolnshire is not all flat, there are hills called the wolds and I have spent a very enjoyable morning driving the FHC through them.
I can particularly recommend the "Caister High street" from Horncastle to Humberside airport which was smooth to start with and bumpier further on.
Unfortunately, it is bank holiday so saw many caravans and Cadwell has motorbike racing so the sometimes suicidal bikers were out in force.
Did see a very nice E type that had been lowered and an MG with the roof down ( although I have no photographic evidence to prove it[:D]) I also saw a Stag, but he declined to wave to me.
I am amazed how many drivers of topless cars have absolutely no hair on their heads and no hat, just asking for a head ache is that!!!
Clayps.

What's that coming over the hill? Is it a monster?
