Smooth flanks - without even a vestige of the identifying swage-line? I don't think so! Even the TR5 and TR6 had a distinctive 'kink' behind the doors!

It looks like the clone of an Aston, or a perhaps a Jag - or just about anything else on the road today.

In a word: it's amorphous. IMHO, of course... unlike his rendition of the Alfa, which looks great!

My thoughts as well. Looks like an Astin Martin, Jag or Invicta S1. Very British though.

When I worked at Lotus, they used to receive hundreds of designs and renderings by Students both uk and abroad, and in house Lotus Design produce a large amount too, hw many result in a new car? not many.

Last I heard, the "New Triumph" company were embroiled in a court case battle with BMW who own the Triumph name - and were losing..... badly.

It's unlikely to ever come to fruition and BMW will be hanging on to the name to prevent its use as a direct competitor in the future.

Nice to dream though isn't it....

Imagine a modern TR going head to head with the new Z4. Or a modern equivalent 2.5 PI going head to head with the 5 series.
