It would sure beat cutting and welding body panels that many UK cars have to have done. Seems to be missing air plenum, minor problem.

No, doesn't need it as it's electric. I mean the air scoop that keeps engine bay air out of interior. I think air plenum is right name (also used for FI air distribution to intake).
