Is there anywhere to bench test my engine?

<font face="Comic Sans MS"><font size="2"><font color="blue">Does anybody know of a company that would be able to set-up and bench test my TR7 Sprint engine? I have a 16-valve engine that I'm thinking of putting into my car, but have been told there's a slight rattle on the bottom end when cold, but apart from that it's a runner.
I was hoping to be able to deliver it to an engineering company who might be familiar with TR7 engines, especially the Sprint version, and they will get the engine running like a dream (carb setings, timing, etc etc) and no bottom end rattle. One week later I return with very few pounds and pick up my engine.
Would anybody have an idea of how much this might cost, if the service is available at all? I live near Lincoln, so Robsport or Rimmers leaps to mind, but I'm not sure whether either of these offer that service.
