Hey everyone,
some time ago Cake posted some photos of his one off body kit for his TR7.


anyway, My parents live in Thailand (Bangkok), and last time I visited them i got in contact with Cake's father who invited me and my partner to see the car.

Some fun facts about the car,
It has had a Honda s2000 engine transplanted into the car.
it has been converted to front wheel drive
it has been converted to automatic transmission.

mmm ... he managed to fill the normal gap (in a TR7) between engine and radiator with engine.
Wonder how that's going to handle [}:)]

Is this the one which has been posted on youtube where it's a bit "zoomed in"?

Weight distribution isn't great on the standard TR7 so yes, would be interesting to see how bad it understeers. Looks Bl@@dy marvellous though doesnt it!

sorry guys, i was under the impression that photobucket resized images on upload, i will do it when i get home from work.

Also thought i would mention that cake has won many national karting. championships and holds the track record at one me the circuts he attends. This kid knows how to drive fast.

But even in a kart the engines sit a fair bit behind the front axle and not in front of it [:p]

Interesting to see a transverse fornt wheel drive engine powering a rear wheel drive car!! Or is it now FWD?

I'm confused, the S2000 is a rear wheel drive car with a longitudinal motor. Why change it to fwd and make an oversteering monster.

I've seen the You Tube walk around, now these photos. Is there a good 3/4 photoof this car anywhere? You can only see bits and pieces otherwise.

Are they on here in another post?

The car is front wheel drive,
Cakes father said that s2000 engines are plentiful in Thailand and cheap,
I guess thats what cake wanted, and when you have cheap labour and no street legal laws, or any that are enforced it doesn’t matter.


the photos there are the ones I took, I'll ask my partner if she took any.
