The inner window felt/seal is an integral part of the door card and can't be replaced as such. New door cards have a separate seal that is clipped on similar to (if not the same as, haven't compared that closely) the outside seal and as such once the door cards are replaced can themselves later be replaced. New door cards (at least the ones I got) are improved beyond this advantage by having the upper third of the door card with an aluminum backing preventing the upper rear card warping up and outwards (the reason I had to replace my otherwise like new door dards.

I have old doorcards and the rubber strip is tacked with staples
i removed the old staples and tacked a good rubber from another board on.

Or do you mean the feltstrips were the glass slides trough?
I buyed them by triumph specialist.

Maybe mine were too. I don't know if I still have them, probably not. Truth be told I can't recall as they were warped up and out so needed replacing anyway. I thought they were glued on.

Zekow..still not sure which you mean now. There's the seal between the window (part that moves up and down) that we're talking about here or do you mean the part the window slides up and down in the quarter lite (triangular) windows (also mentioned). This is a felt strip the snaps into front window channel (part of quarter lite frame. These are available (I glued in mine with contact cement as they tend to fall out, especially the rear one.) My windows were really stiff to roll up and down so I replaced these, as well as inner and outer window seals as new (straight) door cards and flushed the old grease from window winders and regreased them. This freed up the window winding, don't know which helped most as I think all were contributing factors and I did them all at once.

Rimmers has them (door cards) on their sale flyer for cheap. Quick go to their web site and order them as it is over on March 28. I just got a set for Yellow TCT (and a bunch of other stuff).

I bought a black left-hand early door card from Rimmers sale for ten quid and was thrilled when I unwrapped the carefully wrapped box to find it was a factory original still in it's BL packaging. I just wish they had the right hand available as well!

And yes, it came with the seal.

Was it the new style with upper third reinforced with aluminum?

No aluminum on this one.
It's identical to the original on my early car.
(The seal is stapled on by the way)
