Anybody have a link or something for an article on how to remove the body shell?

Welcome back! I can only recommend lots of boxes, lots of labels, lots of photographs and somewhere to store the bits! I doubt there's full documentation of stripping the shell, being a monocoque the body cannot be "removed" as such.

When you say remove the body do you mean to remove the rear axle, prop, 'box, engine, subframe and suspension from it or to completely strip the shell of all parts?

Mine has been taken completely apart in one form or another except the dashboard assembly. I managed to do it in stages so the tub could always be pushed or towed about. The car didn't have much rust so I couldn't justify a complete bare tub, rotisseie type resto like I did with the MGB. As mentioned, lots of boxes and zip lock baggies. I didn't take photos but they would be nice.

A study of the various parts catalogs is a big help in seeing how things go together or apart. And for the most part, they are free for the asking.[:D]
