Looks like the wheels are sorted, and now the rest of the car [:D]

Wheels look very good on a TR7 though [8D]

Don't have the time or money at the moment.. With WAC still in pieces I need a TR to drive in order to keep my sanity.. MEP appears fully functional, has MOT and insurance so I'm taxing it. I'm wary of salted roads though (think our Council might be out of salt actually) and breaking down in sub-zero temperatures. My current aim is to get all 3 cars legal and drivable by summer (although I won't tax them all at once!)

WAC had no heating or demisting as there was no take off on the manifolds for the heater. This has been done now but the new heater pipes and new matrix are joined by two special grommets which are NLA so that has come to a standstill at the moment with the car, as ever, in pieces.

On the good news front, I now have the RAC MSA logbook and my B non-race competition license so when the car comes good I am finally eligible to enter Sprints and Hillclimbs.. at least till June when the seats go out of date! New seats circa £500 will then be required.

I am very unlikely to enter anything anyway due to lack of time and work commitments, in my job(s) it's all about weekends and bank holidays. Typically in this neck of the woods, we work when others play.

Our local Car Club Sprint is in Sept and so near to my house that with the wind in the right direction I can actually hear it so that is the plan. I am worried though that I really need to get somewhere before that to test/learn the car.. don't want to make an ass of myself in front of the home crowd! Not the best time in life to enter into motorsport (aged 55).

Regards Steve
