How about a picture? We can only drool over here as the MGF was never imported. The Chinese were supposed to start up production in Arkansas or such. Guess the recession stopped that for now.

I think 'Rocky679' might mean these...

I haven't seen many of them around. I like them [8D].

Still look, no - shout, "Front wheel drive" to me...
RWD 60ties, 70ties and 80ties vehicles use deeeep rims in my mind. But, to each his own I guess.

Rimmers catalogue used to include some of the early styling sketches for the TR7 and they show lowish profile spooked wheels, not unlike the ones used on the early MGF range.

Wow they are expensive! I got mine for £40 on e-bay with tyres (not much tread tho.) - they were in good condition but not refurbished.

There are lots of MGF wheels coming up for sale on ebay as those cars come to the end of their useful life. Either by old age or accident. They can be cheap but there is an awful lot of dross, either with or without tyres at the lower end. Dross as in kerbed and scored not horrible design. The tyres nearly always have different widths and profiles as MGF's run wider tyres at the back.

I do like those square spokes......but any near me were in a dreadful state and it can cost up to £50 a wheel to have them refurbished.

Don't forget you'll need to buy a set of MGF nuts to suit...
