Just imagine, you could do Grinnall wide arch [:p][8D] or a Lanocha kit[:p][8D].
Mild or wild your choice[:D][:D].

[:0] You've gotta admire the skill and effort involved, and the end product doesn't look as bad as I thought it would, but...

You would have to use at least 200 or 300 weight foam and with all that foam in there it must weigh a hell of allot!! not to mention working with all that foam in those pic's with no mask as it is setting off this guy will have a huge chance of developing cancer in a year or 2. Polyurethane foam releases isocyonate gasses as the foam sets off bad stuff!! minimum requirement for low usage is a Charcoal based mask, respirator for higher volume. Still amazes me how many people I see use this stuff on a daily basis without proper ventilation or at least a mask!!

People will work with what they have. Reminds me of the time when my brother-in-law who was in the armed forces was on course (communications) in the States close to Mexican border. Every day on the way from hotel to classroom he would pass by a place where a couple of Mexican teenage kids were doing some body work on a car. They would cut metal out of Coke cans weld it together panel beat it. Every day he would see their progress and they ended up with a perfect job. Talent knows no boundaries.

The use of expanding foam in car constuction can not be encouraged!

That exhaust is even nicer than all of the foam. I'll bet that really reduces back pressure. [:D]
