Have they made any difference to the braking Stevie ? Aaah - they are not for standard calipers - are they ?

Stevie - I was told that you could put them either way, if fitted in opposite rotation you got improved stopping but they would much your pads.

I've always opted for the compromise fitted them in the compliant rotation, has on my other cars always made a massive difference. And I'll be sticking them on TRisha next year.

They make a great sound when breaking hard too[8D]

Hi Stevie
I fitted a set of Rossini drilled and grooved disc to my v8 about three years ago and I have princess calipers, the disc certainly make a difference on the braking sooo much better[;)]
Only problem I had was it took a long time for the greenstuff pads to bed in so had to put up with a lot of squealing, used shims, steel and rubber, and even copper slip with no shims, back to the rubber ones now, but once they were bedded in, great.
Cheers
Moe

Thanks Stevie - I have a set of Ford calipers I'm going to try on my car. Certainly my brakes are 'hopeless' - although they pass the MOT without comment - they will NOT lock the wheels!

Hi Stevie
Will your car be on the TR Drivers Club stand again this year at the NEC?
If so we look forward to seeing you there.
Regards
