Snake oil elixir in a fancy bottle with lots of sincere and pretty words is still just snake oil elixir in a fancy bottle.

Will snake oil ease the 2nd gear baulk from cold in the LT77 gearbox?

Well Redline MTL certainly cured second gear in both of my 1979 DHC's.
