Keys

Postby ShaunG60 » 29 Sep 2009 20:31

I have just picked up a TR7 DHC but it has no keys. All locks are present and are believed original but I can't open the boot or turn the steering lock off. Is there anywhere in the UK where I can take my V5 and chassis number and get a set cut?

Easier and cheaper to buy a new lock set with keys... readily available at all the specialists.

Phone Heritage at Gaydon and give them the chassis number etc and ask for the key numbers. They are on the build card for the car, they will be on the Heritage certificate if you buy one.

Yeah but both boot and glovebox are locked and it seems a shame to break them if I can just source a new key.
