***Anyone in Florida?***

OK, Guys, Zeke has been struggling with his 7 for months now trying to get it to start. He has changed out his distributor, coil and control unit and he is still not getting any spark.

Does anyone live in Florida that can go help this man? He has to move the car out of the paint shop because they are getting tired of looking at the thing.

Please! Let's find a way to help our fellow member!

Clay
What I'm I going to do with you Man?[:I]
A friend of Clay (DAN) called me last night and we figured out that I burned the new coil ( a PS91)
He also said , live it alone ,go to a Triumph Mechanic (TM)
I will but after I try One more time, Just One more time.
I will change to the new coil PS20 and if it doesn't get a spark ??[B)]
I will get a TM and let him do his magic ,with one condition that he explain what he did ,every step of the way.
Clay your a Mench.

Zeke,

Thank you. I just want to get you back on the road, so you can take your two wonderful sons out for a drive. I just feel that we are all here to help each other. Since I can't be in Florida, I was trying to find someone there to help you.

Hang in there man, you will get your car back on the road.

I'd be interested to know quite how the coil is being burned out. After all, we don't want that to happen again with a new one despite them only costing a few quid.

IF I understood correctly
Dan, told me that when I tested the coil using the distributer wire to the coil , checking for a spark
I mistakingly used the front spring bolt to test it ,
instead of using the motor block .[xx(]
