HD Radio for TR7

Just a quick note. I install a JVC HD-HDR20 in the TR7 yesterday and it fits like a glove. All I had to do was trim the side tabs in the metal mounting collar and a little from the ends of the thin black surround that fits around the face of the unit.
I placed new Kenwood 4" speakers in the doors as well and they sound great.

Cool. Do you have any pictures? A new radio is on my list of things to do (but not to high on the list).
I think I saw Petaluma in an ebay add recently. Did I just buy some convertable top latches from you?

Sorry I do not know how to load pictures even though I have tried several times.
I have sold quite a few things on E-Bay this winter but no top handles.

I didnt want to do any 'cutting' to install a radio in my current wedge. Been there, dun that. So I went on e-bay and got an N.O.S two-knob radio that fits like a glove w/no mod's. Its a cassette radio & has a jack to plug in a CD player. If it ends up being a little short on power (wattage) for my liking, ill just add an EQ/Booster later on. I also added two dome-tweeters on the windshield 'A' posts for clearer sound [:D]
Of course tho, my TR7 still had the original BL radio from when it was new, and it STILL works. Just didnt put out nearly the power i want.
