Number Plates

Postby RUDDY » 06 Jul 2009 20:14

Guy I know has set up a contact for having original dealer style number plates made. I passed a couple of ideas his way to see what he came up with, one was the 'Special Tuning' logo and the other 'Leyland Motorsport' , not too sure on the ST one has I only intended the ST logo to be on and not the full picture so I will ask him to relook at that, quite like the Motorsport one. If you have scans etc of your original dealer plates he can arrange to have those remade.

Hope this may be of interest to someone.

Nice finishing touch.I was wondering about one of those xtra large rear numberplates that you used to get on minis and rovers.Anyone remember them? they had the standard size letters and spaces but the yellow plastic filled the whole of the rear plate area.
