When I have had dealings with them in the past my orders have come through all OK, I have got the discount that I thought I should have and the bill has been correct. However, I must agree that their customer service does leave a lot to be desired in certain areas. They were not very helpful and gave me the impression that they did not want to deal with any issues, just take the orders. This was mainly when my calls went through to the warehouse though.

Guys
An update on RIMMER.
Mr.Andrew Mundy from RIMMER ( Somebody from management ,I guess)
Has contacted me ,accepting "as I have" responsibility for the ,lets call it, Misunderstanding.
We have arrived at a mutual agreement where we both loose a little and finalize this issue ,hopefully ,with no hard feelings.
I have accepted his terms and I am awaiting his confirmation.
So!! If this works as stated ,GOOD,
I will keep you guys informed.
I must say ,I am pleasently surprised.
Have fun
Be Safe
