I quite like the green, but would a sprint or V8 get under a single bulge bonnet? What's that bonnet doing on a 1980 car anyway?

Yes you can get a V8 to fit under a single bulge bonnet, just a bit tighter fit that's all!?

Having checked the VIN, it's actually a 78/79 build car, but down as a 1980 on the plate here, must have been due to the time it took to ship it over I guess [?]

VIN No.is TCG 104801 KF

YES! You do want it! [:)]

Any color you want. It's personal. Only thing is the time and expense of a new paint job.

What wheels and size are on the car?

tr7inc - had a yellow one, killed it!

As nothing better to do, been having a quick play as to what a bit 'sharper' green might possibly look like ..........................

you lot got me wondering what colour mine will end up now, though may well be boring and go with its original colour, will only be a rattle can respray this time around just to get it looking all the same colour, a proper respray is way in the future.....

on the green note, it suits some cars.... and certain shades suit tr7s, but it is at the end of the day down to personal choice....... as long as the finish is good and you like it.......

the project at birth, watch it evolve...I hope...

Car definately needs a paint job, very ordinary condition at the mo, so will budget for it - eventually, (need buy V8 engine etc before I worry too much about that!)

Wheels on it are some 13" alloy things I know nothing about and never will as wouldn't be using them, (apart from being handy to push it around on [:)] )

Anyway, as if you all had any doubt, looks like the project is indeed a goer! Here we go again ....................... [:D] (still not 100% on that sun-roof tho?)

Do happen to know of a couple of wrecks doing nothing that have solid roofs - maybe I'll be able to obtain a roof section and have it changed over, it will be getting a respray after all!?
