Tow bar

Postby Bobbieslandy » 29 Jul 2010 23:32

Hi

£150 seems a bit much, does anyone have one second hand?

Rob.

That's not a bad price for one with a light connector. I'd recommend getting one with a detachable hitch. That way, if you walk into it you can take it off & throw it at something. [:)]

there is one on the TR Drivers website don't know if its still for sale...

http://www.trdrivers.com/cars_for_sale.html

as the ad say's..........
TR7 Parts - For sale, TR7 towbar bracket in good condition, complete with ball hitch and socket, needs painting. I'm not going to use it so it is for sale at the price I paid of £35.00. I would prefer the buyer to collect (South Lancashire) but will post if necessary.

It rides again..... and again wehey!!!!!!!

The times i've done my shin in on the land rovers towbar...

I've emailed the guy re the towbar, the ad was run nearly 2 years ago but it's worth a shot!

I didn't realise they cropped up on ebay for that kind of money, that's much more reasonable. All being well i can take my small trailer with me when camping, i've always wanted to turn that trailer into a very small wedge shaped caravan. As the missus says, one project at a time!

Thanks again,

Rob.
