Hi,
I take the other one then [:)] That is Cardington [?] Dont they look huge with your car in front. Gives some idea how big the R101 must have been.
Cheers John

At one time after the cold war ended it was full of UK Army vehicles brought back from the German Rhine Bases, I visited with the MOD, absolutly rows and rows of Bedfod Trucks, Land Rovers, Armoured cars, was a site to behold, no wonder defence spending was high!

Don't tell Simon at Bobsport since he will want it and there will be no room left for the Airship :)

Worked there for a few years buiding airships.
You could stand nelsons column upright in the doorway and the main bay is big enough for the Ark Royal aircraft carrier.
Sadly no airships being built there now.
Warner Bros are renting the other one and filmed the last two "Batman" films. Here is a photo of the Batmobile, which i was fortunate to have a couple of rides in with the stunt driver.....
