Where can I get the vent fasteners from?

I was removing the exterior vents behind the doors (on a FHC). As I was undoing the nut on the threaded end of the t-fasteners that hold the vents on, snap-snap-snap-snap. Each fastener failed.

Anyone know where I can get these fasteners from? I have looked through the Rimmer Bros and Victoria British catalogs and can't find them.
