BULKHEAD TRIM PANEL QUERY

Hi all yes its me once again with a daft question, as im working on out with the old and in with the new sort of speak, i was just wondering from the illustration below, what holds the top 2 screw in? i have the 2 holes in the panel itself but none on the bodywork to fix to.


Any help or pic as always greatly appreaciated

If your talking about the screws that hold the panel labeled #2 in, I believe on mine that there is little lip that came down from the body panel that had holes in it that the screw went in. The bottom of the panel just kinda gets wedged in there, it's a pretty tight fit.

Thanks pup, mine seems to have the lip that comes down from the bodywork but i cant see any holes in it for screws to go through, maybe im just havin a blonde moment here
