Adjusting headlight for trip to Le Mans

Has anyone got a sketch showing the correct location for blanking the headlamps for driving in France - have just purchased some universal adjuster from Halfords but cannot work out how to use them on my TR7

Hi Howard,
The best way i found (done on other cars not a TR7 ) is to cut the blanking section out from the Hellfords kit and then using the garage, wall ect at night place on headlamp to get rid of the 'kick up' you will see in the pattern so leaving a straight line pattern.
