The door mirrors on my TR7 have always annoyed me because the flat glass gives a very restricted field of view, I reckon they are almost useless when driving.
Now I have just found a very useful link for Tex Automotive who made the OE mirrors and who are still in business. Their site lists all kinds of mirrors and spares INCLUDING a convex replacement glass for the TR7.
