Club Triumph/TRDC Norfolk New Year Run

Norfolk Area New Years Run-Sunday 6th January 2008.
A New Years run is planned for the above date, meeting at Thickthorn Services (Junction A47/A11) Norwich at 10-30am, The run will take place on A and B roads towards Wymondham, New/Old Buckenham, Pulham Market, Harleston, Halesworth, and on to Southwold for coffee in the Pier Promenade Cafe and a quick look at the attractions of Southwold. This will be followed by a run through Blythburgh, Leiston, for a Lunch around 2pm at the Ramsholt Arms, on the River Deben near Woodbridge. The return journey will take in Framlingham, Stradbroke, and Diss, for a quick return journey to Norwich down the A140. All Triumphs are welcome. Please indicate if you will be coming along so we can notify the Pub of numbers. Approx 80-90 miles to Ramsholt, Note, we can meet anyone along the way if required.

We "recced" the run over the Holidays, the Ramsholt Inn is a lovely place, but maybe a touch too far for winter motoring, being exactly 90 miles from Norwich, and with short days a long drag back in the dark. Therefore we will change to the Eels Foot Inn at Eastbridge near Leiston. They are quite happy for us to turn up without reservations.
We will save Ramsholt for nicer weather.
