Steve, I think Jim or Daniel will be posting some pictures, the stand looks great and we have a few new members. Hope you can make it next year, as an exhibitor perhaps.

And Chris Turner's fixed head TR8 selected as one of the top 10 cars of the show. Kevin Morton interviewed with the car for inclusion on a forthcoming DVD to promote the Classic Car Show in the future.

Can you believe it? A fixed head TR7/8 singled out as one of the top 10 cars of the show!!! I think I must have been dreaming!

The TR7 DVD was selling pretty well too. I suppose people were able to see it projected using the club's new equipment and finally realized it wasn't an amateur production. Some people stopped there to watch for ages, generally until the end credits rolled.

Stevie,

The two red TR8's would have looked nice together, both shining well.

Website for this year's show http://www.necclassicmotorshow.com/

Not so much a question of "entering" more a question of finding someone (usually a club) with a stand they want some cars for and offering yours. It will generally need to be there the day beofre the show starts and stay all three days of the show though.

If you just want to go along and see the show simply a question of buying a rather expensive ticket or two [;)]

Well if he Would like me and Scottish Grinnall to be on the stand

he can let us know as we are interested in going

I have a red 2.0L DHC with only 20,000 miles on the clock in very good condition

And Scottish Grinnall has a blue 4.0L TVR powered DHC Grinnall also in very good condition

We would need to know in plenty time as both of us are up near Glasgow

And would need to arrange things

Here are the cars

Guys,
The line up for the ’08 NEC show has not been settled yet - I normally get it sorted after talking to prospective owners at the TR Drivers National.
Come and find me there or give me a call
