Typical of my luck...I drove down to the Air Museum in the TR7 yesterday, parked directly in front of the Vulcan to take a photo so I could post it on here and say "too late"...and my phone wouldn't take a picture! Storage was full apparently, and it was only later that I worked out how to free up memory space.

Welcome to my world...

Dean

Nice one Dean.

The road books mentioned by Mr. Poynty (AKA 'Maxwell') are rather special. Packed full of information and never before seen archive photos from Triumph's glory days. Oh, and there are some route directions in there too! Something to keep methinks.

Getting Close - and nearly time to arrange the Finger Buffet with the Hotel for the Saturday Night festivities in the Function Room. £15:00 per head - but.......

Who's going to join us on the Run [on Saturday morning] at the secondary Starting Point at Oswestry, and then return to the Hotel to spend the evening with us?

I've emailed everyone with regards to the Saturday evening dinner and talk with Gordon Birtwistle so if you haven't had an email from me please let me know.

All that remains then is to sort out who will be starting from the secondary start point at Oswestry. Let's see if we can get a list of names together for that one so we know how many road books need to come up from the hotel in the first car away.

That's because you've already sorted your details for Saturday evening Christopher. The good news is a lot of people will be joining us so it looks like this new venture is proving to be a big success and can only be good for the future of the TR Drivers Club. And that in turn means good news for the TR7 and TR8.

Whenever you arrive, Brian. It's just a social get together on Friday, kick a few tyres and wander down the local pub, I expect. It's within walking distance! Guess 7:00-ish....?
