Fort Rodd Hill 2014

Postby FI Spyder » 15 Sep 2014 16:27

Last car show of the year. Perfect weather, in the mid 20's/70'sF. More wedges than normal although not a big show. Interesting car was a Morgan with Honda S2000 running gear at least that's what it started out to be. Ended up with Morgan fenders on S2000 running gear with the rest custom built. $200,000 custom build. Did look like a wide Morgan though. Done by a six/seven man shop (they were in their 20's). Only got a shot of engine bay as I got busy talking with the shop owner. He just got it done the night before the show and there were the inevitable few odds and ends still to do.

Fort Rodd Hill is a Park in Victoria that used to be a gunnery position to protect the Strait of Juan de Fuca during times of war (other countries not with the States). It became obsolete during WWII with the advent of air craft carriers and air power.
