Bucket & Spade Run

Nice day out on the annual "bucket & spade run" to the seaside in Kent today, charity run with the entrants all having a bucket & spade on their cars, gather on the cliffs over looking Ramsgate. Good turnout with hundreds of cars. 5 TR7/8's in our group today including TRDC editor "Maxwell".

Nothing, it's a very British thing. If you're going to the seaside you take a bucket & spade. [8D]

The bucket and spade are used to make sand-castles. Methinks the organizers could add interest by supplying sand-pits for a sand-castle competition....

Over here on the Island you have to build a little more than just a castle if you want to win a prize (Parksville, B.C.)
